Save the drama for this summer because we have come up with an exciting summer camp that your kids are sure to enjoy. Summer theatre programs at Souris Valley Theatre will help children build their confidence and give them the chance to explore new avenues of theatre, including acting, choreography, lighting, sound, set design, and more. These workshops and programs are designed to ensure that your children are allowed to develop as all-rounders. We help them build soft skills, life skills as well as practical skills.

Camps

This year, we will be offering our Act I and Act II Camps for two separate weeks each plus a Theatre Games Camp and Daily Drop In Camps.

Act 1

This is for children ages 6-8.

Students create a play based on a theme of their choice. Days are spent preparing their performance (lines, props, set, costumes) mixed with games and snack time.

Act 2

This is for children ages 8-12.

Students create a play based on a theme of their choice. Days are spent preparing their performance (lines, props, set, costumes) mixed with games and snack time. Parents who attend the final performance may even be taught a few of the students’ favourite theatre games!

Animal Kingdom Stories – August 4

Create wild animal characters and act out jungle adventures.

Broadway Bound Musical Theatre – August 6

Sing, dance, and shine in Broadway-style performances.
